How To Use Samsung Recovery Solution

STEP 1. Choose A Restore Method

Before restoring your computer, you first have to choose a restore method. You can use Samsung Recovery Solution 4 to restore your computer using one of the restore methods described below.
Basic Restore - A Basic Restore reloads all the Windows operating system files and leaves all personal files, programs and settings intact.  By reloading the Windows operating system, a Basic restore can fix many Windows related problems.
Complete Restore - A Complete Restore uses a Complete Backup to restore your system to the condition it was in when the Complete Backup was made.  If you have no stored Complete Backups, you can still use the Complete Restore function to restore your computer to its initial status.
Data Restore - A Data Restore reloads files that you have previously backed up using a Data Backup.
System Software Installation - System Software Installation can be used to reload all the Samsung application and device driver files, leaving all other programs and settings intact. By reloading the System Software you can solve many hardware related problems.
Notes: If you are unable to load Windows, you can still run Samsung Recovery Solution by holding the F4 when powering on the computer.
