 With following just few simple steps you can easily raise your ticket for getting technical assistant.

Step 1 :   Download Service desk Android app


Step 2 :  Login with your employee ID

Step3:  Click on Create Incident

The difference between create request and create incident is that , by creating request we ask for new facility or alteration in existing facility while by creating new Incident, we ask for solution for the technical incident happened with us.

Step 4 : fill up all the required details

Step 5 : Click on Submit button.

That’s all.

New ticket no will be generated and concerned technical service provider will work on your issue and will call to you on given number
       All routine issues like mac binding, password related issues, CSI,SAP,RICT , POS, Back office, Accounts  related all issues can be raised with this app in no time
