Issues related to CSI Roll out

With above ref. Letter , all SAs are asked for various issues being faced after CSI Roll out. I have tried to depict issues as per my views, many other important issues may be there. All are requested to comment all kind of issues (not users technical mistakes) in comment box below.
1. There is not concept of Bo slip generation , hence it's little hard to keep records for all sent documents to BOs
2.  The stamp balance of So and Bo is not as a part of daily account hence , most of SOs are not focusing to maintain Stock register perfectly
3. BO daily account is not a part of SO DA and due to this many SOs fail to keep BODA up to date though BODA is still received at So
4.  Many time all the transactions done in POS are not appearing in DTR very same day hence it's little hard to tally DTR very satisfactory
5.  The reversal entry power is given to only Ho PM, if the same is given to SPM then many accounting issues can be settled at SO level
6.  No SOP is available for accounting procedure at account branch or SOSAC branch, many Dns are working with their own made strategy
7.  No solution is received promptly for the tickets raised with TCS and due to this DTR is not maintained properly and it causes delay in submission of DTR to HO regularly
8. If CPC like finacle is formed at CO or RO level then issues like password reset or user transfer released issues can be settled in no time
9. Ebiller 9821 for UGVCL banaskantha is created in epayment but still is not available in POS and it's affecting our business very deeply.

Applet Not initialized properly’ Error in Finacle – Solution

Some time , even after installing all java updates and configurations we face issue of  "Applet Not initialized properly’ Error in Finacle"           the best solution for the same is 1..  Use java 7 updt 17 (It always works fine) - if any other version is installed , kindly uninstall the same 2.  now  navigate to following path C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow Delete the folder named SUN. Now clear cache and history of internet explorer and re launch internet explorer.  Give a tick in check box and click Later Give a tick and click RUN Here also give a tick and click on RUN Sometimes if you response was delayed it will show Error loading applet. But no problem. Just give user id and password and login. Now when you select FINCORE, another pop up will come as shown below Here also, give a tick in the check box and click RUN.

Fresh installation of CSI Applications and Database

After CSI Roll out, we often need to reinstall CSI Applications or create fresh database when existing server goes out of order like HDD Crash issues.
